If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Nesy Nou receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Nesy Nou merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.

• FREE SHIPPING! On domestic (CANADA) orders of $150.00 or more. All orders over $150.00 require a signature for delivery.
• Domestic orders of less than $150.00 will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel mail at a flat rate of $8.00.
• International orders are a flat rate of $55.00 using USPS Priority mail. Delivery can be expected in approximately 10-15 business days to most major markets. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times. Once the package is out of our hands we cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather, customs clearance times or other unexpected delays.
