Shipping Policy

  • FREE SHIPPING! On domestic (CANADA) orders of $150.00 or more.  All orders over $150.00 require a signature for delivery. 

  • Domestic orders of less than $150.00 will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel mail. They will not require a signature however please make sure to have it shipped where there is a safe, secure place for it to be left. If postal records indicate something has been delivered, we will assume it has been and will not send out a replacement item. If you would like an item to be sent with a signature required, please pick "signature required flat rate" shipping. 

  • Once shipped, domestic orders take an average of 3-7 business days to arrive. Once the package is out of our hands we cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather, or other unexpected delays out of our control.

  • International orders are shipped using UPS Priority mail. Delivery can be expected in approximately 10-15 business days to most major markets. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times. Once the package is out of our hands we cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather, customs clearance times or other unexpected delays.

  • Please be aware that most of our dresses are made to order. The length of time it takes to actually ship varies depending on our queue at the time of purchase. We do our best to ship out garments within 5 business days.  Please contact for more specific "ready to ship" times or if your order is time sensitive.

  • If you are planning a trip or will only be at an address for a limited time, please let us know in advance ( so we can advise you if the item can arrive in time. If you do not inform us, and an item is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship item. There will be no refunds on return to sender items. Once the package is out of our hands we can not be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather or other unexpected delays.

  • International orders will be subject to customs/duties charges. Nesy Nou is not responsible for customs/duties charges. Your local customs office determines these costs. Nesy Nou cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.

  • Out of Stock Items

  • In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is “Out of Stock” will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Nesy Nou receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Nesy Nou merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. 

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or Clearance items.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.


All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

By Mail
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
2. For purchases made on, mail your return package at any Canada Post location, drop box, residential mailbox, or visit to schedule a pick up.

Final Sale Items:


We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. All altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.


FINAL SALE: All personalized merchandise and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Nesy Nou reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
